We are continuing to deliver our essential training courses, which save lives in the workplace and eases the strain on the NHS.
Do you have Covid 19?
Anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 should not attend training and contact our customer service team at: firstname.lastname@example.org or at short notice call us on 03456 785646
If you are attending a course: Delegates and trainers spending time close to each other when practicing bandaging etc, should wear face coverings when reasonable distancing cannot be organised or maintained.
Face coverings can be removed when seated and facing the same direction during classes.
For venues with a reception area, including communal areas such as corridors, toilets, etc, staff and customers are not required to wear face coverings.
How will we be keeping you safe?
We've implemented the following extra measures to ensure you and your delegates will be safe in our training centres:
Anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 will be asked to not attend training.
Hand sanitiser is readily available - All entering our centres will be asked to use this.
You will be asked to wear a mask - When practicing bandaging etc, when reasonable distancing cannot be organised or maintained.
Staggered break times - Limiting the amount of people mixing.
Maintaining rigorous manikin cleaning - All manikins are sanitised after each use.
Continuing to provide gloves and face shields - For relevant training exercises.
Training on your premises
We are still able to offer training at your premises.
Your premises must meet the current government guidelines. In addition all course attendees may be asked to wear a mask when close to each other, for example when practicing bandaging etc. If you have a booking in place but feel your premises is not appropriate to use, please contact the team asap on 0345 678 5646 or email Training@sjacymru.org.uk

What if I have booked on a training course, but I can’t make it now?
Courses are in high demand at the moment. If you know you are not going to be able to attend the course please let us know ASAP before the course.

Where can I purchase first aid supplies?
Looking to stock up or replace expired supplies? We've got you covered! We continue to supply first aid kits, defibrillators, PPE and more.
My certificate has expired or is about to, what can I do?
You should book a course to renew your certificate as soon as possible. If your certificate expired some time ago and are not sure which course you need to book, our Customer Service Team can help. Call us on 0345 678 5646 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Health and Safety Executive (HSE) certificate extensions for Covid 19 ended on 31 March 2021.
